Rocky Hill Parent & Peer Specialists LLC is looking for WI Certified Parent Peer Specialists and WI Certified Peer Specialists who believe in the purpose and mission to join us in providing peer support in Wisconsin. Rocky Hill contracts with counties in Wisconsin to offer support to caregivers, families, and individuals participating in CCS and CLTS programs for mental health and substance use disorder recovery.

What is the vehicle insurance requirement?
Automobile liability insurance of not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit per accident and provide proof of this insurance to Rocky Hill Parent & Peer Specialists LLC. Team members will provide proof of all insurance within ten (10) weekdays of renewal. This insurance is required by some counties, but not all. Please inquire about the count(ies) that you intend to work in.
Is telehealth an option?
Yes, but not exclusively. We have learned that face-to-face support is best for most people most of the time. However, some people prefer starting with telehealth or need telehealth services occasionally. Telehealth is also an option when schedules and distance prevent face-to-face meetings. Driving is a requirement of CPS and CPPS at Rocky Hill and telehealth is also an option when needed.
What is the scope of work?
Team members will follow the ISP and/or Recovery Plan developed with the CCS Participant and the County of Residence. The team member will follow the Wisconsin Certified Parent Peer Specialist and/or Certified Peer Specialist Code of Ethics, Scope of Practice, and additional procedures put forth by the county through which CCS services are being provided. Team members will submit, to the Director, progress notes for the CCS Participant in compliance with the county through which CCS services are being provided with precision and accuracy weekly. Team members shall read, understand, and follow the team member handbook.
What is the rate of pay?
Hourly Rate:
Beginning rates for Subcontractors:
Certified Peer Specialists/Certified Parent Peer Specialists: $30/hr
Certified Peer Specialists/Certified Parent Peer Specialists with a Bachelor’s Degree on the approved list of Human Services $50/hr
Certified Peer Specialists/Certified Parent Peer Specialists with a Master’s Degree on the approved list of Human Services $80/hr
What is Subcontracting?
Rocky Hill has subcontractors who are supported and valued. This means that the subcontractor is responsible for paying their own income taxes and keeping track of their deductions including mileage, receipts, and more. Information is provided to you regarding resources for doing this.
